‘Whether it’s a technical breakdown, an accident or a minor mishap like a lost car key: our Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan<sup>[1]</sup> mobility warranty covers the costs of my work as a Mercedes-Benz Service24h Technician – and for other services, such as towing your vehicle, offering a replacement vehicle, a taxi and even a hotel.You do not have to pay extra for this service because Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is included in your Mercedes-Benz van<sup>[1]</sup> But that’s not all: in most cases, I can get your vehicle ready to go right where your breakdown happened. I can fix your vehicle on the spot, and you can continue your business journey straight away.’

Relaxed and safe on the road – for up to 30 years. Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan[1] is valid for all Sprinter, Vito, Citan and Marco Polo ACTIVITY vehicles with initial registration on or after 1 October 2012 for the first two years from the date of initial registration – as standard and without servicing requirements. After that, our Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan mobility warranty will be extended automatically and free of charge once you get service by an authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner for up to 30 years. You can also reactivate your van’s mobility warranty at any time, if maintenance is carried out by a Mercedes-Benz service partner. This allows you to be confident about your vehicle staying available – even in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Button

 Stay moving throughout Europe. We offer you a wide service network in Europe. Our authorised Mercedes-Benz service partners are there for you 24/7. If we can’t help you with our Mercedes-Benz Service24h, we already have a solution: our reliable and qualified partners will assist you on our behalf.
    Travel costs: For the travel to and from the breakdown location by the Mercedes-Benz Service24h Technician. Button
    Roadside assistance: For minor repairs, up to a maximum amount.

    Towing: Free of charge to the nearest authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner. Button
    Flight/Train/Bus: Round-trip travel for you and your passengers, up to a maximum amount per person. Button
      Taxi/Ride service/Public transport: Up to a maximum amount, in the event of a breakdown or during workshop visits. Button
      Vehicle delivery service: Within a 50 km radius from your authorised Mercedes-Benz service partner. Button
      Courtesy vehicle: For the duration of the repair, up to three working days Button
      Hotel accommodation including breakfast: For the duration of the repair, up to three working days and up to a maximum amount per person for you and your passengers. Button

          [1] The latest version of Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is valid for the Sprinter, Vito, Citan and Marco Polo ACTIVITY models. For all vehicles with initial registration on or after 1 October 2012, Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan is initially valid for two years without a servicing requirement and is then renewed automatically and free of charge from service to service by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partner – for up to 30 years. The latest versions of the services included in Mercedes-Benz Mobilo are valid for the V-Class, EQV, X-Class, T-Class, EQT, Marco Polo and Marco Polo HORIZON models.
