Mercedes-Benz Bulgaria - Mobility guarantees

For every eventuality:

Stay mobile: The MobiloLife guarantee provided as standard with every Mercedes-Benz within the area of validity gives real peace of mind (initial registration between 24.10.1998 and 31.03.2008*). It is valid for up to 30 years**, and consists of an extensive package of rapid, reliable services free of charge which will keep you mobile if the worst happens. These include for example alternative transport by taxi (up to a max. of EUR 65), rail*** or even by air***, as well as rapid, on-the-spot breakdown assistance.

And even if repairing your vehicle takes a little longer, you are in the best of hands: for the duration of the repair, up to a maximum of five nights per vehicle occupant, we will pay for overnight accommodation where the breakdown occurred.

* Exceptions/special cases:

For vehicles sold in Germany MobiloLife continues to apply for those with initial registration after 31 March 2008. For the countries of Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania MobiloLife applies only to vehicles with initial registration from 1 January 2007 to 31 March 2008. For the countries of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Cypress (EU area) MobiloLife applies only to vehicles with initial registration from 1 May 2004 to 31 March 2008.

** Conditional on compliance with the MobiloLife terms applicable to your vehicle.

*** Alternative to replacement vehicle. Costs of up to a max. of EUR 400 per person are covered for the return trip.
